Things we hear all the time. And what we gently clarify.
'You can replace sleep with supplements.' You really can't. Supplements support what you're already doing. They don't substitute for the basics.
'More is always better.' It's not. Dosing is clinical, not aspirational. More just creates imbalance.
'I'm just tired because I'm busy.' Maybe. But fatigue isn't a personality trait. It's a signal worth investigating.
