✨This year changed me in ways I never expected… and as this year comes to a close, my heart feels full. 🌟What began as a 340-hour teacher training became a deeply meaningful journey—made richer by + our incredible teachers, and a beautiful sangha who walked beside me.

Out of that shared experience with .kz - and with her loving support & encouragement - came my first yoga retreat - It was heart-opening, joyful, and deeply nourishing—shaped by trust, community, and a feeling that everything aligned just as it was meant to.

This year also carried me farther than I ever imagined, all the way to Thailand—a brief but powerful reminder of how expansive life can be, and how certain doors open only because of the people we meet along the path.

I can’t quite believe how quickly this year moved, or how much it held. As we enter the Year of the Fire Horse, may this next chapter invite renewal, brave beginnings, and a deeper devotion to living with heart, intention, and purpose. I couldn’t have done any of this without the Yoga Tree community. I’m inspired by you every day, and I feel so grateful to share this journey with you. 🌿✨

My final post from Thailand ✨

We watched the sunrise at Doi Suthep-Pui as monks chanted their morning meditation — a moment of stillness I’ll never forget. Later, standing at the highest peak of Doi Inthanon and visiting the Twin Pagodas, the mountains wrapped us in their cool, quiet magic.

From tuk-tuk rides through Chiang Mai to our beautiful final dinner with the group, this journey has been filled with friendship, wonder, and so many breath-stealing moments.

Thank you for coming along with me — my heart is full, my spirit is grateful… and there’s truly no place like home.
Can’t wait to see everyone back at the studio soon. 🤍

✨A magical day at the elephant sanctuary with our group. We walked beside these gentle giants, and one even wrapped its trunk around my boot… claimed me on the spot. 🐘💛 I may or may not have adopted my new elephant soulmate.

Such a privilege to be this close to their wisdom and presence. Grateful for every moment. 🙏✨

✨ Beneath a bodhi tree in Thailand - check-in #2!
The past few days have been such a beautiful blur — wandering through colorful temples, tasting ALL the food, and even getting to sit down for a private monk chat with our group. This city is alive, bright, and so endlessly welcoming.

🍬 We’re sharing the sweetest kind of treat this Halloween: kindness and care. 🕊️ Community in Action! 🕊️
Our studio is joining forces with our own local celebrity, Rita Goggins (recently featured in the New Prague Times!) and Jessica Dohm to support the Peace Center as they step up to help families impacted by the SNAP benefits lapse.

Rita has requested personal care items most of all — things like:
🧴 Shampoo & conditioner
🪥 Toothpaste & deodorant
🧼 Soap & other daily essentials

We’re also gratefully accepting shelf-stable dry goods and monetary donations.

We’ll have a donation bin in the studio all weekend and through next Friday — so bring a little something when you come to class and help spread some community love. 💛

Every class, every visit, every small act makes a difference. ✨💛 No better treat than giving back together.

🎊Started my birthday with a breathtaking sunrise and spent the day surrounded by the most radiant souls.
