Flow by candlelight 🕯️ December 21st is the Winter Solstice and marks the longest night of the year. It’s a sacred pause for reflection, closure and renewal. A moment to look back and honor the growth, lessons and defining moments that shaped us. This night calls us inward and invites us to rediscover our inner light, reconnect with our purpose and plant seeds of intentions for our future. Here’s a little sneak peek 🫣 at our Fall schedule tucked away at the end of September🌻 we’re offering 16 classes/week🧡 beginning Sunday 9/22 with a special Fall Equinox Sunset Flow 🌞 And we’re hosting another Singing Tree event October 2nd 🌙 for a Solar Eclipse Sound Bath 🎵 It’s gonna be a latte fun ‘falling’ back into our Yoga groove🧘‍♀️at the Yoga Tree🌳
