Join us these last days as we celebrate 3 years of UNWIND Yoga & Wellness and celebrate the love of our UNWIND community and our amazing instructors, for without them, these last 3 years would not have been possible! Practice with us online or in-studio!

That’s Right! Spirit & Grace returns In-Studio for the next two Sundays!
Join Aubrey as we wind down the month both in-studio or live stream to start your Sundays with a little sass, spirit and always grace.
In-Studio option for vacinated people only and masks will be required.

Every Summer Solstice, Shirley does a class that honors the Solstice with Sun Salutations. You may see other studios run programs for the Solstice by doing 108 Sun Salutations, we don’t do that. ;-) Instead, we start with a warm up of stretching to get you ready. Then we do a few guided Sun Salutes version I and then we do some together in silence and let the energy of practice guide us in unison. We then do a few guided Sun Salutes verson II and then again in silence. Of course, we end with a luxurious savasana! It’s a beautiful way to share the collective energy of our group and the universe to honor the beginning of Summer.
