The beautifully landscaped community is convenient to the nearby nature reserve, medical and dental clinics, a pharmacy and hospital.

A few more pictures of mama deer and baby from a resident's family member.

**often times mother deer will leave their babies somewhere safe while they graze or rest elsewhere not too far away. It's not uncommon for them to be away for 6-12, and sometimes even 24 hours. Baby deer have no scent, it is safer for them if the mother isn't with them, they can draw away any predators. Only intervene by calling the local DNR if the baby looks severely malnourished, telltale sign is their ear tips have curled and are dried looking. Otherwise keep your distance, don't touch, and the mother will be back soon 😉🦌❤️

Mother deer often drop their babies off near the building because they know they are safe here. Momma will come back for the baby later on.
