Our Story

Rhythmz Bodywork & Fitness was established with the desire to work with individuals using a natural approach to achieve a healthy and fit body; inside and out. I offer massage and personal training at both of my locations.

Some people think personal training and massage as a luxury but everyone performs better whether it’s everyday activities, work or sports when their muscles are strong, flexible and pain free.

You can purchase a variety of custom - blended soaps: Lavender and Sage, “Wake Up”, Orange Chile Pepper, “Sweet Pits” and my favorite calming blend made with goat milk, oatmeal, honey and lavender. I also have Khepra Foot Balm available to purchase, eliminates the possibility of carrying any bacteria or fungus from the feet to other parts of the body.
