Take your mat practice to the next level with this energizing, full-body Pilates workout designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen. This class combines classical Pilates principles with dynamic, intensified movements to challenge your core, improve posture, and build lean muscle. Using a variety of equipment in addition to body weight, youβll increase resistance and engage deeper muscle activation throughout each sequence. Expect focused cueing, mindful breathwork, and a motivating flow that leaves you feeling strong, aligned, and empowered.
