The Arts Council’s featured artist was Susan Collura who brought the cutest Christmas tree craft made with strips of fabric. This Rag Christmas Tree project helped us get into the holiday spirit for sure! Christmas is right around the corner y’all!!! Thank you once again Arts Council for bringing the talent !!!

A big thank you to Ms Vicki for the craft supplies and craft creating an adorable Thanksgiving arrangement for the residents. The decorated tables look wonderful!!! They love them!

The house is a-rockin when Charlee’s Angels come a-knockin!!! This fabulous crew of ladies know how to liven up the room with their fun dances and props. All smiles at the LaCour House. We were so fortunate to have these truly precious souls!!! Thanks Charlee’s Angels for all you do for our community!!!

Happy Veterans Day LaCour House extended family!! Today we honored our veterans with a beautiful heart-warming program with Sheriff Rene Thibodeaux awarding certificates. Their service stories were shared and each veteran received a special pin. Music and refreshments followed. A special thanks to Father Scott for his message and prayer Thank you veterans for your selfless service for our country ❤️.a

Today was one for the books!!! The residents enjoyed a delicious lunch at Parrains Seafood Restaurant n Baton Rouge! Then it was off to the Louisiana State Museum and the Billy Cannon and Louisiana culture exhibits❤️. Ice Cream on the way home topped off the perfect day!
