Meet Dr. Rasesh Shah

Dr. Rasesh Shah, a partner at ENT & Allergy Associates, is a compassionate and experienced otolaryngologist dedicated to helping patients of all ages manage and overcome ear, nose, throat, and related health conditions.

Dr. Shah completed an accelerated 7-year BS/MD program at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers Medical School, earning both his BS in Engineering Science and his Medical Degree. He then completed his internship and residency in General Surgery/Otolaryngology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Shah currently serves as Chief of Otolaryngology at Virtua Willingboro Hospital and as Program Director of Otolaryngology at Select Medical Center in Willingboro, NJ.

Patients consistently praise Dr. Shah for his thorough, attentive, and compassionate approach. Known for creating a collaborative environment, he ensures patients feel heard and involved in their treatment plans. His engineering background allows him to integrate the latest advances in medical technology to deliver the most effective care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Shah enjoys skiing, tennis, and traveling with his wife, Shana, and their two children. Recognized as a TopDoc in the South Jersey community, he remains committed to providing the highest standard of care for every patient.

Meet Susan Carsillo, HR Business Partner. Susan joined ENT and Allergy Associates on January 1, 2025, following the acquisition of Advanced ENT & Allergy, where she spent more than 44 years building a remarkable career. Over the decades, she has held a variety of roles on both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice, gaining extensive experience and perspective that continue to serve her well in her current position.

In her day-to-day work, Susan focuses on supporting both employees and the organization as a whole. She believes that every question and concern is valid and strives to make every interaction positive and meaningful. Known for her open-door policy and collaborative approach, Susan values the strong support system within the HR team and takes pride in helping foster a positive and encouraging workplace culture for all ENTA employees.

Outside of work, Susan is a proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to four granddaughters. Time with them, she says, is “priceless and the absolute best.” She is also a passionate sports fan, cheering on her hometown teams, the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers, and enjoys catching games both at the stadium and on TV. A true music lover, Susan takes every opportunity to see her favorite artists live in concert. She also cherishes time spent with her lifelong group of high school friends, with whom she enjoys weekends at the shore and endless conversations.
Originally from Gloucester City, New Jersey, Susan is the youngest of five children. Her close-knit family continues to live nearby, allowing them to get together often, whether for dinner, celebrations, or simply to enjoy each other’s company.

With her deep experience, warmth, and unwavering commitment to others, Susan is an invaluable part of the ENTA family.
