Organic, grass-fed beef seasoned just right, layered over crispy potatoes, sautéed onions + tri peppers, and a little squash for that extra nutrient boost. Topped with fresh lettuce, pickles, a drizzle of buffalo ranch + Dijon… and honestly? Didn’t miss the bun one bit.
