Remember the saying that you are what you eat? More accurately: what you eat is you.

Our food absorbs the energy we put into it and the words we speak over it. If we are complaining, living in fear, worrying if what we eat is making us ugly, fat, [insert a slew of words], then you will literally consume these energies and expand them. If you sit at dinner and re-hash all of the negativity from your day or the frustrations of the world, you will literally consume these energies through your foods.
