Researchers have identified several key lifestyle factors common in Blue Zones, including:
- A focus on whole, plant based foods, with minimal processed foods.
- Incorporating natural movement into daily life.
- Practicing techniques to reduce stress, such as mindfulness and meditation.
- Maintaining strong family ties and community involvement.
- Having a sense of purpose and meaning in life.

By incorporating these strategies into our daily lives we can achieve healthier lives both physically and mentally. These are key factors in being happy and healthy on our journey through life together.

Our new location at 211 LIVE OAK ST., NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FL 32168 is open for business! The online scheduling portal through our website is also active again for scheduling for new and established patients.

Thank you all for your patience with the moving and permitting process! There is still work to be done as we grow and evolve.

Availability is listed on the scheduling page, as always, though feel free to call or text for an appointment should that prove easier.

Pricing is referenced in the previous post as well as listed on the website. Packages of 6 and 12 adjustments are also available at reduced cost per treatment.

Treatments remain by appointment only and we do not accept insurance, nor are we accepting Medicare patients at this time.

The new office is located at 211 Live Oak St, just two blocks from Canal Street. There is off-street parking in the rear of the building. Signage will soon be added. The entrance is along the south side of the building.

Welcome to the new treatment area of Eyerly Health & Wellness! Now located in NSB in the beautiful historic area near Canal Street. I am working on improving the new space every day and plan on accepting patients at this facility very soon.

Moving day is complete! It's time for renovations to our new office space. We will be located at 211 Live Oak St. in New Smyrna Beach, just two blocks from Canal St. and two blocks from 44. I am very excited to announce that we will be moving to NEW SMYRNA BEACH!! Our last day of availability in South Daytona will be Saturday, November 30th.

Many of you know that this has been our long-term goal for a very long time. We are extremely happy and blessed that it is FINALLY HAPPENING!
