During my reflection time on my self this week there are a few things that I have learned over the last few years as I have matured.

1️⃣it doesn’t matter where you start, the mistakes you make or bumps in the road that you have, what matters is where you are going and where you end up.
2️⃣be humble and tactful in your encounters with individuals and if allowed, give insight and advice on similar situations and mistakes that you have made or just be an ear for someone because you never know when you’ll need the same.
3️⃣work hard no matter if you are looked over , passed up, or even plain out denied as it is all a learning lesson and builds character and will help you continue to develop yourself for when the time comes.
4️⃣though you may be passed up by opportunities, ensure that you are not the reason you are overlooked and take every opportunity you can in order to place yourself in a completely different category then your completion.

Incline DB press 1x10-12,1x12-15 with Dropset
Front Chest Press Machine 1x1012,2x12-15 Dropset
Cable Pec Dec 1x10-12, 2x12-15
Shoulder Lateral DB Raise 1x10-12,1x12-15 then 4x10 10 second rest burnout
Smith Machine Bench 1x10-12,1x12-15 Dropset
Tricep Pushdown 3x12-15 Drop Set
Shrugs 3x12-15
Abs 2 sets of 15, 1 minute plank
And finally, 25 min stairmaster to stay lean while trying to get bigger.

One month out of season and into the summer. My goals for this off season are better shoulders, more lower back definition, smaller waist, calves and lastly more back width. Currently 200 pounds and will slowly increase the calories week by week!

Really fell off the wagon for two days last week. In a matter of days my weight went from 220 to 235 pounds based upon elevated cortisol levels and cheating on my diet after firing my old coach. Today I sit at 217 pounds and although I still have some bloating from the high sodium meal, I’m getting my hardness and muscle fullness and definition back due to me working with a friend that truly has great knowledge and mybest interest in mind that supports me 100%. The fact of the matter is that even with minor setbacks, you can still achieve your goal. Seven weeks out, laser focused.
