🎉👕 Today was Dress-Up Day: Popular Patterns at Lexington Place! 👗🎉

From polka dots and plaids to stripes and bold prints, our community showed off their favorite patterns today—and the results were fantastic! It was a day full of color, personality, and plenty of smiles as residents embraced fun fashion and a little extra flair.
Proof that style never goes out of fashion! 😄✨

🎶 Today we marked the anniversary of the breakup of The Beatles with a Happy Hour full of great music, shared memories, and plenty of smiles. It was a wonderful reminder that these timeless songs still bring people together decades later. 🎸❤️

We regret to inform you that the music also inspired some very confident dancing from the Activities Director. Viewer discretion advised. 😄🕺

Today we took a moment to celebrate Sasha, our wonderful friend, partner, and vendor from NEXT Therapy. 💐

While today was her last day with NEXT Therapy, it’s also the start of an exciting new chapter as she begins a new journey with Easterseals.

We are so grateful for everything Sasha has shared with our residents and team—her compassion, professionalism, and positive spirit will truly be missed. We wish her nothing but success and happiness in this next adventure!

📸 Photobomb Day at Lexington Place 📸

Today we celebrated Photobomb Day, and let’s just say we had a very special guest appearance that nobody was expecting… and yet somehow showed up in every single photo 😇😄

Smiles were multiplied, laughter was abundant, and residents quickly learned that no picture was complete without checking over their shoulder. Some might call it a photobomb… others might call it divine timing.😇

All in good fun, all lots of laughs — and proof that even an ordinary day can turn into something unforgettable at Lexington Place. 📸✨😄

🎶🎂🎉 A Beloved Belated Birthday at Lexington Place 🎉

Today we had the joy of wishing Chet a very happy belated birthday! With a lifetime of musical experience, Chet is usually the one leading us in song — especially when it’s time to sing “Happy Birthday” to others.
But today was a little different… Chet was on the receiving end of the celebration, surrounded by smiles, appreciation, and a whole lot of love. It was a special moment to honor someone who brings so much music and heart to our community.

🎩Today at Lexington Place, hats were mandatory and seriousness was optional as we celebrated Dress-Up Day: Hats in honor of the birthday of Lewis Carroll!

From fancy toppers to downright delightful headwear, residents embraced their inner Mad Hatters and proved that a good hat — and a little imagination — can turn any day into a Wonderland adventure.

🔥🍫🔥 Saturday Sweets n’ Eats at Lexington Place 🔥

Today we celebrated the anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America in the sweetest way possible — with S’mores!
Residents enjoyed a variety of flavors, including classic, Oreo, and Nilla wafer s’mores, bringing back memories of campfires, scouting days, and simple treats enjoyed with good company.
A little nostalgia, a lot of sweetness, and plenty of smiles made for a great Saturday celebration! 💙🍫🔥

🥧😄🥧 National Pie Day at Lexington Place 🥧

Today we celebrated National Pie Day the best way possible — by serving up nearly 10 different mini pies, all cut into bite-sized samplers so everyone could try a little of everything!
From classic apple and pecan to fun flavors like S’mores and spicy pineapple, there was no shortage of sweet choices — and plenty of smiles to go along with them.

Sometimes the hardest part is deciding which pie was your favorite… or going back for seconds 😉💙🥧

Today we celebrated Judy’s birthday, one of our sharpest and quick-witted residents! Judy was joined by her family for lunch, making the day extra special and full of great conversation and laughter.

Of course, no birthday is complete without cake — and Judy enjoyed her carrot cake, though we’re pretty sure that was only half of it… the other half was wisely saved for later 😉🥕🍰

😄🎶🎶 A Fun, Mixed-Up Day at Lexington Place! 🎶

Today was one of those days where comfort met country! We kicked things off with a Dress-Up Day: Sweatpants — because who says cozy can’t be celebrated? 😄

The laid-back vibe paired perfectly with live entertainment by Doug Thompson, who had everyone tapping their toes with a great mix of Country and Western favorites.

Comfortable clothes, great music, and lots of smiles made it a wonderful way to spend the day.
Sometimes the best days are the ones that don’t take themselves too seriously 💙🤠🎵

Today we celebrated a very special birthday for Neen, one of our most beloved residents. When asked what she’d like for her birthday, Neen sweetly said she’d be perfectly happy with a plain slice of cheesecake.

But… we’re never quite happy with plain 😉
So, in true Lexington Place fashion, we dressed it up with extra love and made her birthday treat just a little more special — because that’s exactly what Neen deserves.
