Today we celebrated Hildi for her birthday! She enjoyed a lovely lunch with her closest Pals here in the community, sharing laughter and smiles all around ❤️❤️❤️

When it came time for dessert, Hildi kept it simple and asked for just a scoop of vanilla ice cream 🍦... but you should know how we do things here by now...we can't do "just" anything, so we had a little fun and made a clown of the situation 🤡🤡🤡turning that scoop into a sweet and silly surprise 🤡🍦🤤

Today our community turned the fashion world upside-down with a Mis-Match Dress-Up Day!!!

Residents and staff showed off their most off-the-wall styles...clashing colors, stripes with polka-dots and patterns galore!!!... even our beloved Marketing Director Lilli Sheller Hawtree went wild with her red shoes and blue outfit 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️

We were delighted to welcome sing-a-long specialist Bruce Russack to our community. Bruce filled the room with a wonderful variety of hits from the 1950's & 1960's, bringing smiles😊😊😊laughter 😂😂😂and plenty of toe-tapping along the way!!!

Today we celebrated Mango Day with something bright and bold! Residents enjoyed fresh mango chunks with a side of "Tajin`" (if you've never tried it...you're missing out) and even had the chance to sample 🍺"Mango Cart" Mango Beer!!! 🍺 for a little extra adventure!!!

Today we enjoyed amazing entertainment from Professor Mental, who wowed us with his incredible mentalist and magic show🪄 Residents were laughing, gasping and smiling from start to finish.

To make things even more exciting, today was also a "Dress-Up Day: Black & White - and everyone looked absolutely fantastic!!!

A big thank you to Professor Mental and our entire community for making a rainy day a good day!!!

🌕🚀🧑‍🚀A Giant Leap...and a Sweet Treat 🧑‍🚀🚀🌕

Yesterday we celebrated the anniversary of one of humanity's greatest achievements - the moon landing!!!

During happy Hour, our residents shared stories and reminisced about where they were and what they remembered from that incredible day in 1969. The conversations were inspiring, heartfelt and full of nostalgia.

And to keep things in the spirit of the occasion, we served up classic "Moon Pies" for everyone to enjoy!!!

It was truly a "one small step" into some wonderful memories

Today at Lexington Place, we celebrated the many ways we can connect with each other - no matter where you're from! We went around the community and filmed residents saying "Hello" in different languages.

🎉🎂HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUZZY🎂🎉

Today we celebrated our friend and resident Buzz with a wonderful birthday dinner surrounded by friends and family ❤️❤️❤️

When it came time for his dessert, Buzz simply said "Surprise me". Challenge accepted 😎👌 I went and learned how to make one of my exotic favorites - Berries Zabaione - a warm, silky Italian custard made with egg yolks and sugar. Traditionally it's made with Marsala wine, but for Buzzy's surprise I swapped to Grand Marnier🤤🤤🤤for a bright citrusy twist.

The result was a truly special dessert for a truly special man!!!
