Hi everyone! I hope all of you are well. I thought some of you might be wondering what I have been up to since retiring. I have been busy! Our Story

After 36+ years in the IT profession and 30 years of back and neck problems, I decided to look at alternatives. I had always wanted my own business and when I found this enchanted house for sale I was immediately sold! Now I had a place, what should I do? I started out thinking a salon. The universe had different plans for me, however and I was sent some wonderful healers. It didn't take me long to realize that the plans for this place needed to be a sanctuary of peace and healing.

I went with the Universe and created Mind Body Soul, Your Peaceful Sanctuary. The services offered encompass all of the Mind, Body and Soul: Massage Therapy (all different modalities), Physiotherapy, Reiki, Meditation, Yoga, Life Coaching, Health Coaching, Micro-point Stimulation (Acupuncture without the needles), Essential Oils, and yes even Facials that heal!
