It is how we celebrate, console, and come together as friends and family. Every culture has it’s own cuisine with the unique flavors, spices, and combinations of ingredients that excite the palate and warms the heart. I have travelled the world studying, tasting and experiencing food of all kinds. I am interested in all cultures and cuisines and have learned from recognized experts, both friends a

nd colleagues, as well as the every day experts, moms, dads, sisters, brothers, and grandparents who hold the key to their cultures’ cuisines. I’ve worked in and owned highly reviewed nationally recognized restaurants, worked as a private chef for high-end clients, and helped spas and natural healing centers develop healthy menus. In recent years, I have expanded into teaching both groups and one-on-one, hosting cooking parties, doing exclusive small group catering, and working with private clients. I enjoy interacting with people and am always interested in developing new ways to bring people, food, and learning together. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (1987).
