Cacao & Sound Healing Journey

An evening devoted to the frequency of love — the kind that begins within and gently ripples outward.

Join us February 13 | 7–9pm at NSB Studios for a heart-opening, deeply restorative experience guided by Camila, Ileana & Emily. 💗

We’ll begin with a cacao opening circle, inviting the heart to soften and open so you can fully receive the journey. ☕️

🍫 Ceremonial Cacao
Ethically sourced, ceremonial-grade cacao from grown by family-operated farms in Valle del Cauca, Colombia — Camila’s native region. This Cacao supports heart connection, emotional openness, and embodied presence.

🌿 Movement & Sound Healing Journey
The evening continues with gentle, guided stretches to release tension and prepare the body. From there, you’ll ease into the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, and an eclectic sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation.

✨ With 3 instructors present, you’ll receive mindful adjustments and supportive guidance, creating a hands-on, private, and intimate experience throughout the evening.
