Embrace this soulful Full Moon Yoga Flow under August’s Sturgeon Moon, named by Native American tribes for the abundance of fish in the lakes during this time. This moon invites us to reflect, release, and realign with our inner wisdom and strength.

Held in the serene beauty of our outdoor Aerial Garden, this all-levels vinyasa class will blend breath, mindful movement, and lunar intention-setting to help you reconnect with yourself and the rhythms of nature.

💫 Join us in sacred circle of women for an evening of connection—to the Earth, to each other, and to the wild, wise nature within.

☕️Hosted by Melissa and Camila Condor, this heart-led experience begins with a grounding cacao ceremony, inviting us to soften, slow down, and open to presence. Our cacao is lovingly and sustainably sourced from Colombia via .

🎶 From there, we’ll enter a live looping sound weaving journey—a co-creative, improvisational sonic ritual using voice, rhythm, and breath to build a living soundscape together. Each voice is a thread in this collective tapestry. You’ll receive a recording of our collaborative soundscape to keep this moment of connection forever.
