An idea came together as a group of Yogi's were sitting on a blanket enjoying a healthy pot-luck lunch at a beautiful organic farm in Central Florida. We have a lovely Yoga Community that looks out for each other and enjoys practicing and having fun together. That idea turned into a community yoga class held every weekend on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. This has now evolved into 7 beach classes and

5 park classes each week taught by an amazing bunch of yoga teachers. Thank you all for your support over the past 7 years.

Happy 85th Birthday to our Beach Yoga Queen and forever matriarch, Ms. Pat. She has been practicing with us for years. Whether it's flow or gentle Yoga, she inspires us every week. Then, PS either before or after Yoga, she walks for miles!!
