I’m excited to share a new weekly offering with our community.

Beginning this Sunday at 9 AM, I will be guiding a donation-based yoga class on the oceanfront deck at The Shores Resort & Spa.

Imagine beginning your Sunday with your feet on the mat, the sun warming your skin, and the rhythm of the waves moving with your breath.

The salt air fills the lungs, the ocean breeze softens the body, and the morning sun rises gently over the water as we move and breathe together. Practicing beside the sea has a way of reminding us what it feels like to be calm, open, and alive.

This class is open to everyone.
✨ All levels welcome
✨ All ages welcome
✨ Visitors and locals welcome

There is no membership required, and the class is donation-based, so anyone who feels called to join can come practice.

Bring a yourself, water, and perhaps a friend, and allow the sun, breeze, and ocean to become part of your practice.
