In yoga, the therapy of silence is often referred to as "mauna," which means silence or not speaking. This practice encourages individuals to engage in periods of quietude, allowing for introspection, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to oneself. Here are some key aspects of the therapy of silence in yoga:

1. **Inner Peace**: Silence provides a break from the constant chatter of the mind and the distractions of the external world, fostering a sense of calm and clarity.

2. **Mindfulness and Awareness**: By embracing silence, practitioners can enhance their awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, leading to greater self-understanding.

3. **Meditation Enhancement**: Silence can deepen meditation practices, making it easier to focus and connect with one's inner self.

4. **Spiritual Growth**: Many yogic traditions view silence as a pathway to spiritual awakening, allowing for profound insights and connections to higher consciousness.

5. **Rest and Recovery**: In a world filled with noise and busyness, silence can serve as a restorative practice, helping to reduce stress and promote mental health.

Incorporating periods of silence into a yoga practice, whether through dedicated sessions or moments of stillness during asana practice, can be a powerful tool for personal growth and well-being.

In 2015, the discovery of recurring slope lineae (RSL), or seasonal flows of salty liquid water on the Martian surface, presented an environment where Earth-borne microbes could conceivably survive and reproduce. These areas, therefore, fell under the classification of Special Regions and were swiftly rendered inaccessible to our exploratory rovers.
What? Illogical
Psst …know Gil Levin

Gil Levin is a prominent scientist and engineer known for his work in the field of astrobiology. He was the principal investigator for the Viking Labeled Release (LR) experiment, which was part of NASA's Viking missions to Mars in the 1970s. The LR experiment was designed to search for signs of microbial life on the Martian surface by measuring metabolic activity. The results were interpreted as positive for life, however NASA did not want that information leaked. They hushed the truth and have caused debate and controversy in the scientific community. Gil Levin discovered life on Mars.

John Brandenburg is a scientist and a former aerospace engineer. He has a Ph.D. in Theoretical Plasma Physics from the University of California, Davis and has worked for NASA as a propulsion physicist. Brandenburg is known for his theories regarding Mars and its potential history of advanced civilization. He has proposed the hypothesis that Mars was once home to two ancient civilizations, which were destroyed by nuclear war. Oh - FYI he also is credited with the mathematical formula of how to manipulate gravity.

Gil Levin is a prominent American chemical engineer and inventor. He is best known for his involvement in NASA's Viking Mars missions in the 1970s. Levin designed and built the Label Release Experiment (LRE) and the Gas Exchange Experiment (GEX) for the Viking landers. These experiments were aimed at searching for signs of microbial life on Mars.

Levin's Label Release Experiment involved adding a nutrient solution to a sample of Martian soil and monitoring the release of radioactive gas, which would indicate the presence of microbial activity. The results of the experiment were proven to have discovered active microbial life but was denied by NASA as initially inconclusive, but recent reanalysis of the data has led to renewed interest in the possibility of life on Mars.

Gil Levin's work on the Viking missions and his dedication to the search for extraterrestrial life have made him a respected figure in the field of astrobiology. His contributions to the exploration of Mars continue to inspire scientists and researchers today.
In my opinion after learning the history of this science he did discover active microbial life and he will eventually be recognized as having done so.

Richard Hoover was an American astrobiologist and researcher at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. He specialized in the study of microorganisms and their potential for life in extreme environments, including the search for life on other planets. Hoover was particularly interested in the study of meteorites and their potential for preserving signs of ancient life. He conducted extensive research on the analysis of microorganisms found in meteorites, with the goal of understanding their origin and potential for extraterrestrial life. Hoover's work contributed to our understanding of the potential for life beyond Earth and the search for biosignatures in the universe.
Hoover proved the presence of life by pointing out the fossils in the meteorites and also proved they did not come from Earth.
