Exciting news! ✨

After three wonderful years at the New Ulm WELLness Collective, I’m so happy to share that I’ll be moving into my own space right here on Center Street beginning this August.

This next step feels really aligned for both my work and our family. It’s a space that reflects the heart of what I do: calm, supportive, and deeply rooted in whole-body healing. And yes, my kids are just as excited as I am… you might even walk out with some fresh eggs that they're excited to share with my clients. 🐓🥚

To my current clients—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your continued support and trust have made this move possible. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

If you’re new here — hi, I’m Denae 👋🏼
I’ve spent nearly 12 years in social work, and for the past 4.5 years, I’ve been growing my practice as a massage therapist, emotional wellness + holistic health practitioner. My work is intuitive and heart-centered, specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and nervous system support. I often work with clients who are carrying both physical tension and emotional symptoms: helping them find relief, reset, and reconnect with their bodies. In every session, I use only organic products so your body is cared for in the most natural and gentle way possible.

In this new space, I’ll continue offering hands-on integrative bodywork, emotional release sessions, and holistic consults. I’ll also have a selection of trusted wellness products available during open hours —things I use and recommend for everyday family wellness. Please be patient as we navigate what this will look like.

Sessions in the new space begin August 12, and I’ll share more details soon. Whether you’ve been with me for years or just found my work...thank you for being here. I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

This might be one of my longer posts—because, honestly, I really nerd out over parasites. It’s one of the most overlooked pieces of root cause healing, and the more I’ve learned over the years, the more I see how it connects to so much: our kids’ health, our hormones, our mood, even how our nervous systems function day to day.

I know the topic can feel intimidating (and kind of gross — I hear that a lot). But I promise, once you get past that part, it’s actually incredibly empowering. My hope with this post is that it helps you see parasites through a different lens — one that’s practical, mama-friendly, and maybe even a little fascinating. You might walk away realizing this has been a missing link in your healing (or your child’s) all along.
