There was not a lane to spare at Concordia Lanes on Monday. All 16 lanes were filled for the 23rd Annual Oak Hills Memorial Foundation Bowling Classic.
Ninety-six bowlers on six-person teams took part in the friendly competition to raise funds for Oak Hills Living Center. This year’s fundraiser is going to purchase a new bus for the living center

Dream come true. Sometimes we have to get creative, when the dream is to go to Iceland - we try to bring Iceland to you - with beautiful flowers native to Iceland, videos of Iceland, and some chocolates too!!!

We were feeling the Mardi Gras vibes today! Not only did we wear our beads and masks, we had a live music led parade into bingo! Cindee Krzmarzick played ‘When the Saints go Marching In’ as we made our way down the hall, and Carol Flygare kept the music going as we entered the chapel. Our nutrition services made a homemade King Cake. It was so delicious and disappeared so quickly I didnt even get a picture!

Congratulations to Diane Thomas on her 25 year work Anniversary!!! Diane works as our full time day cook and rarely if ever misses a day. She has the responsibility of prepping meals for over 125 people everyday! She is one of the hardest workers I know and takes pride in not only the taste of the food but the visual appeal. Her kitchen always runs smoothly and she handles the adversity of the food business with stride. Thank you Di for your dedication and commitment! We appreciate you!
