During the school year, we offer heART therapy, an after-school art program fro middle school students, and an annual Youth Art Showcase. LAST MINUTE OPENINGS this week!!!!

Uff da, winter is coming, isn't it, Minnesota?? 🌨 Fortunately, it's always summer in the massage room! 🌞 The table warmer and our new fireplace cabinet 🔥 take the edge off the cooler temps and make the room so nice & cozy, and the warm bamboo massage is a great option this time of year. Similar to hot stone massage, warm bamboo sticks are used as part of the massage - they can be used with lighter pressure to warm up the muscles, or with deeper pressure to work tight muscles more intensely. For those who have not yet heard, due to business demands at my New Ulm studio, November is the last month I will be offering massage in Mankato. I'll be working out of the super cool, historic Grand Center for Arts & Culture (which has always been one of my very favorite places in New Ulm, with live music, art classes, an airbnb, art exhibitions, and just about the coolest vibe in town). I'll just be there Tuesdays and Saturdays for now, with more days/hours to come as I build my practice here in our new home state.
