This multi-week series explores one of the seven chakras each week, blending crystal work with guided, music-based meditation. Participants will receive a crystal each session while learning about its connection to the featured chakra. By the end of the series, you’ll have a complete set of chakra crystals. No prior experience with chakras or crystals is required; each class includes an overview of the chakra and crystal used that week.

Our latest Network New Ulm session, sponsored by B the Light, gave participants an in-depth look at the people and organizations supporting the health and well-being of our community.

The day began at New Ulm Medical Center and included presentations and tours with United Way of the Brown County Area, Inc., Brown County Public Health, The Heart of New Ulm Project, Oak Hills Living Center, Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes, Ivy House New Ulm, NUMAS Haus, First Choice Pregnancy Services, and The New Ulm WELLness Collective.

Participants gained valuable insight into how these partners work together to promote physical health, mental wellness, family support, and community care at every stage of life.
