The month of September is Su***de Prevention Month. Harvest can be one of the most stressful times for farmers... There are many factors out of anyone's control, making it easy to feel overwhelmed and even helpless or hopeless at times..

Recognize any behavioral changes in yourself or your fellow farmers. Mental health is just as important as physical health in all ways of life.

If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out!! Talk to someone!! Stop the Stigma, ask for help!

MINDFUL MAMAS SMALL GROUPS starting this OCTOBER!

🤱Calling all mamas needing some TLC, connection, and safe space to restore self-care during this season of life.

This group experience is for you if:

✅You're feeling totally drained by taking care of everyone else’s needs and wondering how to meet your own.

✅You're feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and totally touched out.

✅ You're feeling disconnected from yourself outside your role of 'MOM”.

You are not alone!

Join a small group of other like-minded woman seeking to restore peace, a sense of self, and a little more zest and joy again. You’ll learn real-life mom-hacks for relieving tension, getting more rest, and returning to that peaceful space within- all in the unique and complex context of motherhood.

We will explore:
🔆Nervous system education and regulation
🔆Stress relieving techniques you can do in those moments of chaos
🔆Explore ways to build self-care "snacks" into your day
🔆Explore self-identify as motherhood is always demanding us to shift
