Happy 2025 New Year! Today marks 7 years since I opened and created my Serenity Family Counseling private practice clinic. It was the best work decision I ever made! To all my past mentors, co-workers, supervisors and all clients…thank you. (Where did the 7 years go?) 🩷

Mental health concerns see and uptick during the holidays and winter months. Don't add to the statistics.. Know when you aren't feeling like yourself and watch for changes in your friends and family, and remember it is ALWAYS ok to ask for help!
