Now Hiring: Med Passer / Care Provider
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30pm
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and responsible Med Passer/Care Provider to join our team! In this role, you’ll support our residents with daily care needs and assist with medication administration while helping create a positive, supportive environment.
Position Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work the 2pm–10pm shift
Compassionate and dependable
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Prior caregiving or medication experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with personal care
Passing medications per policy and procedure
Documentation and communication with the care team
Supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence
