Wanted to post a recent research article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association internal medicine hoping that it may be a little eye opening. In a world where we have access to such a tremendous amount of information, the struggle these days is not finding information, but whether or not that information is credible. This 33 year study claims that cooking with butter, and animal fat led to a higher mortality rate/Increased risk of death, Cardiovascular disease, and cancer versus using highly processed seed oils such as olive, soybean, and canola. The research methodology to reach this conclusion is questionable at best. Seed oils are TOXIC, highly inflammatory, lead to metabolic disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. Do your research folks. Question the information, cross reference it, and cross reference it again. Even if it's coming from a prestigious medical journal.
