Last fall, I decided to take a Reiki 1 class despite the discouraging opinions of some friends. They felt it was not consistent with my Christian beliefs. My doubts were relieved as soon as our class began. When I first came for treatment, I was drawn in by the special price deal she was running. I had always wanted to try Reiki. I had been feeling like something was off like I was out of balance and having anxiety. I was also having problems with my left eye tearing all the time. An eye doctor said my eye duct was not blocked, so I didn't know what was wrong but it was very annoying.
I met Debbie who turned out to be a very warm person with a gentle spirit. I had a lot of questions that Debbie patiently answered with a smile. She asked if I had ever injured my right shoulder. I told her it had been broken several years ago in a car accident in which my mother had died and that the shoulder still ached a lot. She intuitively felt that I was still holding in grief from my mom's death all those years ago and wanted me to schedule an appointment for the following week to work on that.
After my session, I felt more "even Keeled" when dealing with the public. I was more at peace.
During my next treatment, I found myself unexpectedly weeping, I couldn't stop. My eyes were so puffy and I had to go somewhere next! Anyway, the really cool thing is that my eye hasn't bothered me since. Neither has my shoulder!
Debbie is a very compassionate person who firmly believes in the healing power of Reiki. She has inspired me to learn Reiki for my own use (with her as my teacher). It has added another dimension to my life. Debbie is awesome!

In this Universe that is based on attraction, when you look at an unwanted thing, your attention to it causes an activation of the Vibration within you, and then the Law of Attraction brings more like it into your experience.
