Hudson Valley Massage and Bodywork My practice includes Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Yoga I am a Certified Instructor in Yoga & The Melt Method.

I am passionate about my work & grateful for the opportunities to meet & share with my clients ~ natural healing methods for which they can use to heal themselves...Body, Mind & Spirit. Sessions are based on the individual needs of my clients & often combine a combination of Melt, Yoga & Massage. NYS Licensed & Nationally Certified, as a Massage Therapist for the past 18 years. Since then, I have continued my education in various modalities of Bodywork including John Barnes Myofasical Release Approach, Cranio~Sacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute, St. John Neuromuscular Therapy, Pain Management & Orthopedic Massage with James Waslaski, Thai Yoga Massage with Kam Thye Chow of Lotus Palm School ~ Montreal, Perinatal & Infant Massage @ The Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center in NYC, Reflexology with Patricia Townsend of Spirit Root Services & Aromatherapy with Dr. George Koury & Rudy Hunter. I am truly grateful to all!
