“Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. With a background in sports and years of consistent training, movement has always been a non-negotiable part of my life. I believe progress is always within reach, and healthy habits create lasting change.
For over a decade, I’ve worked as a fitness instructor, specializing in cycling and boxing with the love for strength training. My mission is to inspire—whether it’s helping beginners fall in love with being active or pushing experienced clients to reach new personal milestones.
I thrive in group settings and love building energy in a room. A great workout doesn’t just
strengthen the body—it resets your mindset and elevates your entire day. Fitness is more than
