Don’t forget — clocks move forward one hour this weekend!
While we lose an hour of sleep, we gain longer, brighter days ☀️✨
Here are a few tips to help your family adjust smoothly:
🌙 Start bedtime 15–20 minutes earlier a few days before
📵 Turn off screens at least 1 hour before bed
🛁 Keep a calm bedtime routine
☀️ Get morning sunlight to reset the body clock
😴 Be patient — it can take a few days for kids (and adults!) to adjust
