We often tend to think that expansion happens from pushing outward when, in actuality, journeying deep within—with compassion and non-judgement—is what sows the seeds for your most fertile and abundant growth.

Intentionally diving into your internal waters can sound daunting at first—do I really want to see what’s been brewing under the surface?

But taking the plunge and then nestling into the experience is one of the most important things you can do to strengthen your ability to return to equilibrium.

We must go down into our own inner depths in order to emerge into the light.

This is our nature.

We trouble the waters and then return to equilibrium. Again and again.

This is not a Sisyphean exercise.

When I began studying reiki seven years ago, it was mostly because I wanted to experience less physical pain from an autoimmune condition.

It was much later that I realized that working on my own healing would create a ripple effect of greater balance out into the universe and beyond.

I’ve never really thought of myself as being particularly musical and never imagined that I was “good at it” by any means.

💨💨💨💨

But a few years ago, inspired by and her coven, I wrote my very first song called Elements Incantation.

The song emerged from a place of gratitude for the elements of nature and an abundance of intuitive knowing.

That led to writing another song… and then another… And then I began sharing them in song circles.

Then friends started telling me about the medicine they received from each song—from feeling a sense of inspirational lightness to neutralizing a panic attack.

✨✨✨✨

Then clients began asking for recordings and when I mentioned that to my friend, , she connected me to her husband, , a professional drummer who recently built a home recording studio.

This collaboration with Nico felt divinely-guided at every stage.

🌊🌊🌊🌊

We agreed to record a couple of songs, and then a few more emerged, and then some traditional songs wanted to join in on the fun and it became The Remembering—a collection of ten frequency medicine songs designed to help you return to a place of balance and harmony.

I cannot wait for you to hear the final creation when the album is released on all streaming platforms this Saturday 9/20.

Why do we get so caught up in planning when ultimately the Universe is the one in charge?

Sure, it can be grounding to have a goal to guide your decision-making but I wonder if an over-reliance on goal-setting can actually distract you from the larger gifts that the divine mystery has in store for you . . .

💫💫💫💫

For example, it was never a goal for me to record an album.

And yet it happened with an incredible amount of ease and delight.

There was no real struggle with its creation because it emerged from a place of deep surrender and intuitive listening.

This is what happens when you begin to sing.

🌬️🌬️🌬️🌬️

I’ve never considered myself a singer—and honestly I still don’t.

But back in 2020, I was introduced to song circles through and later began to lead them for her online community.

During this time, I came to understand that singing in this way is not a performing art—it’s a healing art.

🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️

It’s a way to bring yourself back into balance and tune in to your inner knowing.

It is so easy.

And yet so profound.

🌊🌊🌊🌊

By strengthening your energetic body and your intuition through intentional singing, you can create space to receive the abundant offerings that Spirit has in store for you.

But don’t take my word for it.

This eclipse season, bound by the full moon in pisces total lunar eclipse and the new moon in virgo partial solar eclipse, September 7th through the 21st, gives us a chance to engage in deep noticing, hold ourselves in loving kindness, and ultimately transmute our more shadowy tendencies.

Notice with intention and you might discover a pattern that comes up again and again.

And when you notice those things that irk you, use that gift to sit with your feelings.

Never would I ever have dreamed that I’d be announcing the release of my debut album.

But it seems that Spirit has been asking me to dream bigger lately…
