I’m so excited to share this list of intentional creators with you!

They all happen to be women (with one family business exception noted).

This path of remembering reinforces a knowing that you get what you give.

When you put energy (often in the form of money) toward things that are made with love and healing, you in-turn generate more love and healing.

And isn’t that what the world needs right now?

✨✨✨✨

We can heal the world and have fun doing it when we support those who move with purity of heart.

This gift guide has been years in the making—I know many of these makers personally and am thrilled to share their talents with you.

Comment “GUIDE” below and I will personally send you the link to the complete guide.

Last week, I was sitting in a café in midtown while my kid was in an after-school activity.

The place was packed and yet, it was so quiet—too quiet.

There was music playing, but there were only two tables where live conversations were happening.

The rest of us were on our devices.

I’m not about to raise my fist against modernity—obviously, technology is graciously allowing me to communicate with you right now.

💫💫💫💫

But I couldn’t help wonder, what’s missing? What are we really doing? How have we gotten here? And where are we heading to?

How can we embrace the present gifts of expansive connection while also cultivating real, authentic community?

🌿🌿🌿🌿

I’m not sure what the answer is—maybe there are many solutions.

But one remedy that feels right is to radically embrace the star within—your unique inner star and the uncommon stars residing within each one of us.

✨✨✨✨

Humanity is kind of like an infinite, massive, and multicolored puzzle, each with individuated shapes and patterns and frequencies.

But many of us have developed edges that are squishy and undefined because we’ve been taught to hide…

Not gonna lie—I used to cringe at the word “community.”

What would happen if you really saw me?

The irony is that, in trying to “fit in,” you end up finding it more difficult to connect with others because you’re not really standing in your authenticity.

But what if you realized that you’re not meant to be like everybody?

💫💫💫💫

You’re meant to be you.

Be you.

Be you.

Be you.

Be you and courageous community will rise up around you. Authentically, easily, and lovingly.

It’s time to reclaim the shape of you.

I spent last week at a big theme park in Orlando for a beautiful extended family reunion. The impeccable planning of this trip was met by gorgeous weather and an abundance of blessings.

And yet, there were moments when I felt my patience fraying at the seams. As someone who has dedicated herself to mindfulness and harmony for many years, this was an interesting self-observation.

And, of course, it wasn’t just me.

I witnessed countless exhausted parents yelling at their kids and many children painfully distraught and overstimulated.

So exists the duality of things like vacations and holidays.

We look forward to them and we work so hard to have a memorable time, but we often get tripped up by the changes in routine, the lack of control, and the uncertainties that arise.

Our travel home was even more interesting with multiple flight cancellations and delays, including hours of sitting in limbo on the tarmac.

In a previous life, I would have taken the whole thing personally, and built up a lot of anger and resentment within. I probably would have gotten sick to my stomach. I probably would have been rude to someone.

Instead, I took the opportunity to meditate, practice reiki, toning, rest, and self-healing, so that by the time we arrived home in NYC at 4am, I felt at peace rather than at my wit’s end.

This is the power of intentionally working with energetic healing.

As we approach the holiday season, a time that can encompass great joy along with big emotional triggers, I encourage you to fortify yourself with inner harmony. When the waters within you become more and more accustomed to equanimity, the easier it will be to navigate external disruptions and surprises.

We are all so burnt out from the chaos of this year.

You are not alone. And you are not broken.

You may just need to dedicate a bit of time and attention to nurturing your inner light—your star within.

It will guide you, as it always has, toward balance and peace.
