This wonderful patient of mine was bothered by a prominent ear that had made her feel self-conscious. I performed an or ear pinning procedure to position the ear in a more anatomically natural and aesthetic position to match her other ear. She is now 3 months out from her surgery, which was performed awake in our fully-accredited surgical suite, and is so thrilled with her results and her new self-confidence. The incision is hidden in the crease behind the ear and is imperceptible. Her only regret? Not having done this sooner!
