Carving out time to train isn’t selfish. It’s maintenance.
Life doesn’t magically hand you extra minutes — you have to claim them, guard them, and use them to build a stronger version of yourself.

When everything else is pulling at you, that’s exactly when you need the workout the most.

Most “non-runners” aren’t actually non-runners. They just haven’t had a plan that builds them up step by step. Run Ready in Six uses simple three-minute rounds to ease you in. You start with 30 seconds of jogging, and by week six you’re running 15 minutes without stopping.

Most people turn the barbell row into an upper-trapezius marathon without meaning to. The bar swings forward, the shoulders creep up, and suddenly the lats are off the clock. Keep the bar tight, hinge deeper, pull toward the ribs, and keep the shoulders down and back. Stronger rows, calmer upper traps, better results.
