You came back from work, school, are you out of time?
You ate, it's hard to wait for 2 hours of digestion yeah

You can have 1 fruit and banana right next to 1 glass of milk or you can prepare banana milk and some honey in it.
After 20 minutes, start doing your sports slowly, you will eat normally after sports👍

It does not happen all the time, standing on the phone, slouching, sitting in front of the computer, unfortunately, it can cause deformation on the upper side, regular exercise is a must to prevent this.
