❤️These classes (themed to special music selected by your enthusiastic instructor) utilize Pilates concepts and the jumpboard accessory to get your heartrate up and add more dynamic movement into your Pilates practice.
80s & 90s Night

Holidays are hotter with hits from the 80s and 90s. Early Madonna, Sly and the Family Stone, and a few holiday hits will take us through a tough cardio combos and teaser jumps. Wear all the neon you want and get ready to find your reformer Father Figure.

Psychedelic breathwork is a powerful, self-healing practice that builds intuition, enhances creative capacity, and nurtures a connection to joy. This one-hour experience will teach you a two-part pranayama that shifts brainwave patterns, recruits the parasympathetic nervous system, and moves stuck energy to promote clarity, presence, and bliss.

Bio:

Treena Bhattacharya (they/them) is a 200-hour RYT teaching vinyasa, barre, sculpt, and traditional hot classes since 2019. A certified breathwork facilitator and dance instructor, Treena believes we are meant to move, heal, and breathe in community, and that every class is an opportunity to build capacity for joy and for strength.
