🌟 Farewell, Casey 🌟
Today we said goodbye (for now) to our beloved teacher, friend, and soul sister Casey, as she heads off to Nashville to follow her heart and her path.
Casey has been such a light at YUG — a gifted teacher with a deep passion for yoga, a master of creative sequencing, and someone whose flows made us feel like dancers in our own bodies. Every class was new, thoughtful, and intuitive. Her cues were clear and meaningful, helping us stretch not just our bodies but our hearts.
Casey’s spirituality and devotion to her faith infused her teaching with authenticity and love. She brought grace, strength, and genuine care into every room she entered — and she leaves behind a legacy of movement, connection, and heart.
We are going to miss her more than words can express. It’s a deep loss for the studio, but an incredible gain for Nashville.
We love you, Casey. May your next chapter be filled with joy, purpose, and plenty of vinyasas. Come visit us soon. 💛
