Re-Branding! People ask what I do. Well, first I help my husband with a Sandwich Shop. But Three Days a week and almost everyday, I am an Alignment Trainer. I posture the body using my invention the RollerSizeR and also using a Stroller! The New Neo is now made of Neopreme and you can throw it in the wash or take it in the pool.

I have spent a lot of time helping my husband with his sandwich shop. But I now have time to focus on The RollerSizeR. For almost two years, I have been helping my husband with his Sub Shop business. I have tried to keep The RollerSizeR online classes going the best I can and the classes even though small, they are still going. But NOW, I am back to get this amazing fitness tool in the hands of those that want to be SPINALLY FIT. As many of you know, I make each one. My sewers after Covid are gone! After I grow my classes a bit, will get sewers and begin the journey to The RollerSizeR World. I have not even done any videos but feel I am getting my life back as the Sub Shop is floating along and does not need me as much! Yeh!!!!! More on Facebook and Instagram. At the end of every Spinally Fit class, I have everyone put the RollerSizeR under the upper back, Knees bent, chin up. This opens up the chest but more important postures the upper back and get the head up and lifted on the spine. When you get older, one can hunch too much. When you are. younger you can be looking at your phone too long.
