Vibration and Sound!!
That is what we are, energy in movement, “vibration and sound” 💕✨💕
Here’s a simple, body-based way to think about what each natural frequency range can support. (These are wellness uses, not medical treatment, always keep volume gentle.)
Very-low / grounding
Elephant rumbles (14–35 Hz): Felt more than heard. Can help the body settle, slow the breath, and create a sense of safety/grounding.
Lion roar (≈50–200 Hz): Low, powerful tones that wake up core strength and confidence; good for moving stuck fear.
Mid / heart–throat coherence
Wolf howls (≈300–900 Hz): Sustained, expressive tones that encourage vagal tone, social bonding, and emotional release.
Mid–high / focus & mood lift
Cricket chirps (≈2,000–5,000 Hz): Gentle, rhythmic “nature white noise” that can calm the nervous system and support sleep.
Birdsong (≈4,000–8,000 Hz): Bright, complex highs that the brain associates with safe daylight; can boost alertness, optimism, and attention.
Wideband / deep relaxation & awe
Whale songs (≈20 Hz–10 kHz): Slow, spacious phrases encourage deeper breathing and meditative states; helpful for stress release and emotional processing.
Ultrasonic / novelty & playfulness
Dolphin clicks (≈40–100 kHz) – Mostly above human hearing; recordings we enjoy include lower harmonics. People often report heightened curiosity, playfulness, and mental “spark.”
