✨ A huge round of applause to everyone who showed up for Yoga in the Garden! 🌱🧘🏾‍♀️

x came together to highlight the magic happening right in our own backyards.

Not only did we harvest—we showed up in the most important way: by GIVING. Our yogis put their gloves on and got to work.

As I hold countless meetings to get more Yoga into Queens Spaces, I look back at the studio and then to God. THANK YOU 🙏🏽

And countless student teachers!!!

We have a studio for of men and women actually practicing yoga and NOT just attending a class.

I pray that this movement becomes an epidemic and we heal our community one yoga class at a time.

Introducing very own traveling Street Yoga Team!

To begin: Each woman came in with intentions and expectations. What they did not know is that I would be pushing them to the edge every single class, strengthening their practice: Mind, Body and Spirit.

The Street Yoga Team was birthed after realizing All Women should find their way back to the mat to find their inner power. Here’s a group of women of all sizes and shapes that came in with no excuses and turned their pain into power.

As we show off our capabilities, and what we are learning in the studio, visit us at this Thursday at 12-7pm.

Thankful for ALL of our students who speak our names in rooms we’ve never been in 🙌🏾

had the pleasure of meeting some amazing leaders and heavy contributors this season with the officers at DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION.

We were honored to not only break bread but to be introduced as THE FIRST BLACK OWNED HOT YOGA STUDIO for BLACK HISTORY MONTH 🖤💚❤️

We led a chair Yoga Class that was GENTLE but EFFECTIVE for the officers and it was a beautiful time! (They will say “gentle my a** 🤭)

They were all 100% satisfied and I felt even closer to God because everyday I have the opportunity to have more black people trying yoga for the very first time 💪🏾

This is a 🚨 CALL TO ACTION! Healing is for everyone. Creating a safe space where men can feel welcomed, safe and vulnerable at the same time.

While we focus on the physical body, the mental body is working hard to reset to a positive approach to life 💪🏾
