Best cinematographic surprise in a long time: "A Countess In HongKong"
Written and directed by Charlie Chaplin, 1967
His only color movie
Starring Sophia Loren and Marlon Brando, Sydney Chaplin (Charlie Chaplin's son), Geraldine Leigh Chaplin (his daughter), and with a cameo of Maestro Chaplin himself.
He directs Loren and Brando "farce style" and it is hilarious. You can tell how much fun they have.
The story is what it is but the dialogues are soooooo modern it hurts.
HIGHLY recommended.
