To reduce the puffiness in this patients eyes 👀 I Dissolved very old filler 💉 and used skin tightening devices to rejuvenate the skin around the eye 👁️ these are preliminary results as the skin needs time to tighten and bounce back 🏀 I educate my patients to be careful of under eye filler because as with anything too much of a good thing can be bad 🤷🏻‍♂️.
