On Monday, we had the most wonderful time honoring our incredible Home Health Aides! 💙

We spent the day at The Green Spa for a much-needed moment of rest, relaxation, and renewal. Our caregivers enjoyed a full day of self-care including guided meditation, breathwork, and wellness activities all focused on helping them recharge.

These everyday heroes care for others constantly, so we were honored to give them a space to care for themselves.

Thank you to The Green Spa for creating such a peaceful, healing experience and thank you to our aides for all that you do.

Our Story

Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. founded in 1990 is an established licensed home health care agency additionally operating as an approved Fiscal Intermediary for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) in all 62 counties of NYS.

With all the uncertainty created from the States’ implementation of a Per Member Per Month (PMPM) reimbursement structure for CDPAP services across the state, there has been a great deal of ambiguity for consumers who are wondering about the program’s longevity. We are here to offer a manageable solution to that uncertainty. We are a bit unique in the fact that we have operated under a PMPM reimbursement structure in other areas of our service delivery platform and based on this experience, we are certain we can provide a seamless and non-disruptive transition so you can remain at home, receiving the same services with your current personal assistant (PA).
