INFO —- Once the ride is coordinated, selected and matched, each rider is now connected to anintegrated system will connect the transportation provider, facilities, healthcare professionals and the rider with protective oversight by recording information such as the transportation provider name, license plate number, driver’s photo, and driver’s ratings. Day Kare-USA has included a chat system, this “Chat System” will be monitored by a “Crisis Specialist”. This extra protection will assist with any/all unforeseen occurrences.
