Nelissa Arriaga is Senior Manager, Global Benefits at Celonis. With more than a decade of progressive leadership in benefits strategy and operations, she has overseen health and welfare programs for global workforces and driven outcomes that align cost‑management and employee engagement. Nelissa holds a CEBS designation and has a proven track record of building benefits frameworks that are inclusive, compliant, and operationally efficient. Her experience spans managing vendor relationships, adapting programs across regulatory environments, and partnering with executives to shape total rewards offerings.

I joined because I genuinely believe in Healthee’s mission and product. It’s empowering employees to take ownership of their health and benefits in ways that truly make a difference, and I wanted to be part of that movement.

Planning starts as early as February for us. Every detail is meticulously thought through, from communication timelines to technology integrations. As a tech company, we rely heavily on digital tools to make the process as seamless and data driven as possible.

I’m really passionate about improving how employees manage their health claims, empowering people to take more control of their health and benefits through intuitive tools like Healthee. It’s about shifting from complexity to clarity and giving employees real ownership of their wellbeing.
