Over the past three months the Ameripharma’s Serialization Team have successfully established several serialization connections both in the US and internationally. Currently we are moving forward with a few more US clients.

Our approach entails a structured standardized client onboarding process. This framework streamlines the procedures and also expedites our timeline to predictable 6-8 weeks to get ready for commercial manufacture. During this period we go through detailed master data exchange, multi-step EPCIS testing and validation acitvities. Our dedication to optimization of the procedures means our clients experience the benefits of serialization without unnecessary delays.

Working on serialization in partnership with Vision, a global leader in Track&Trace solutions, we`re equipped with a diverse range of GS1 compliant connection technologies. It makes us flexible and adaptable in integration with our clients` system, whether it`s their L3/L4 system or network platform like TraceLink.

We had a successful weekend in San Diego at the Total Store Expo. Over 30 scheduled meetings with many more impromptu conversations during the exhibit all hours and networking events. It was great to reconnect with our industry partners and make valuable new connections. Looking forward to continuing those conversations as we get settled back in on the East Coast.

We have successfully completed qualification, validation and commercial production for an international client and are, presently, in the process of onboarding two US clients.

Our 5 years of experience in bottle line serialization provided us with the knowledge and expertise needed to become your trusted serialization partner.

Our system is the perfect solution for serializing cartons packed with blisters that offers supply chain visibility and transparency and helps prevent counterfeiting. We can serialize at the unit carton level through full pallet aggregation.

We are proud to present the results of the Ameripharma Labs OPEN HOUSE event which took place on March 9 to demonstrate our expanded manufacturing capabilities.

We had a full house of people at Ameripharma Labs for our day of open doors.

Colleagues, partners, vendors and clients all enjoyed a day of connecting and reconnecting to share in the successful expansion of our manufacturing site and discuss future opportunities.

We had experts representing all the new equipment that has been installed and yet to be installed to make this site a premiere manufacturing partner of the future.

Our Glatt equipment is ideally suited for a process that needs high granulate density and rapid granulation for various applications in the pharmaceutical industry. The granules have good flow and compressibility characteristics as well as reduced dusting as compared to finer powders.

The Ameripharma Labs team is committed to investing in the future of a world class pharmaceutical manufacturing facility producing high quality products in a cGMP compliant environment. As part of this process, we have recently completed the expansion of our manufacturing space and installed Glatt HSG Pro Granulator and Glatt GFP Pro Fluid Bed Dryer. All qualification and validation activities have been successfully completed, right into commercial manufacture. We are pleased to announce increased capacity of our wet granulation services.
