To all the new people here, I’d love to reintroduce myself 😊

I’m Hezi Badnany—energy healing practitioner and founder of ShemaYah Holistic Health.

I come from a Sephardic Jewish shamanic lineage where healing was a way of life. My ancestors were herbalists, mystics, and spiritual guides who worked with prayer, plants, and ritual to restore balance and connection in every aspect of life. That lineage flows through everything I do.

This work is in my blood. It’s not something I chose—it chose me. From a young age, I felt a deep connection to energy and spirit. And after navigating my own journey through chronic illness, I was called to step fully into this path as the next practitioner of my lineage.

The name ShemaYah, meaning “God has heard,” was my great-grandmother Esther’s name. Her presence still guides me. Through Reiki healing, sound therapy, vibrational medicine, and ancestral healing practices, I hold space for others to reconnect with themselves—body, spirit, and soul.

This isn’t just energy work. It’s lineage work. It’s remembering who we truly are.

Letting go is one of the hardest and most painful aspects of the healing process.

It requires us to recognize what is wrong within ourselves, admit our role in our suffering, and take responsibility for it.

Once you decide to fully let go and understand that the universe or God is there to support you throughout this journey, you become unstoppable. You will continue to release what no longer serves you, striving for deeper levels of happiness and unconditional love for yourself.
