After careful consideration, we regret to announce the closure of JUVA Skin & Laser Center, P.C., Inc (“JUVA”), a New York professional corporation, and all of its medical offices located in New York, effective May 2, 2025.
This decision has not been made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on your healthcare. Our decision has been driven by a combination of factors, including changes in the healthcare landscape and economic considerations.
Here are some important details to note:
JUVA’s office will be available for your dermatologic needs until May 2, 2025. For continued care after May 2, 2025, we have partnered with Schweiger Dermatology, PLLC (“Schweiger Dermatology”) who will become the custodian of JUVA’s patient records. Schweiger Dermatology has 21 locations throughout the New York metropolitan area providing medical and cosmetic dermatology services. After May 2, 2025, the JUVA phone numbers will be answered by Schweiger Dermatology to support all future needs and requests pertaining to JUVA patient charts or scheduling future appointments.
