Dominique, a native of the Bronx, is a passionate advocate for wellness and community healing. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from undergrad and a upcoming graduation in May 2024 with a Masters in Organizational Leadership, Dominique is deeply committed to fostering well-being.

For over a decade, she has immersed herself in the practice of breathwork and meditation, and in December 2021, became a certified yoga instructor.

Dedicated to the community’s healing journey, Dominique channels her expertise into wellness practices like yoga and meditation, and mentorship emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness.

Beyond teaching, Dominique is a creator of wellness content, continually seeking innovative ways to spread the message of holistic well-being.
