What is Moro Orange?
Moro Orange, also known as "Blood Orange" or "Red Orange," is a type of orange commonly found in Italy. Due to its high content of anthocyanins and polyphenols—compounds not present in other orange varieties—its interior is intensely red, dark, and reminiscent of ruby red.
In general, it is recommended to start consuming this type of supplementation from the age of 30, as this is when collagen production begins to decline.
