A 90 minute experience designed to bring you from your head and into your heart.

Cacao, traditionally used as a sacred plant medicine, supports heart opening, emotional awareness, and expanded perception. Paired with craniosacral therapy, this experience works with the nervous system and fluid body to foster heart brain coherence and deep internal connection.

The experience begins with a guided cacao ritual, meditation, and intention setting, followed by grounding bodywork to settle into the body, and concludes with craniosacral integration to align the nervous system and support emotional clarity.

Romy is a Costa Rica based bodywork practitioner rooted in the jungle of Nosara, with over a decade of experience supporting others in reconnecting to their bodies through intuitive, heart centered work with cacao and mind body practices.

Amanda is a New York City based craniosacral therapist specializing in fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, sensory sensitivity, and trauma support. Her work is grounded in the belief that the body holds deep intelligence and heals when given space, stillness, and presence.
