How to manage and reduce stress and enjoy daily Events.❤❤

One way to reduce stress, live in the moment, and clear your mind to appreciate the holidays is by practicing mindfulness.

Every culture in history practices some form of mindfulness to experience more peace and joy--either through meditation, prayer, embracing nature, or simply appreciating the company of others.

One of my favorite techniques to access a higher level of awareness is the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono--what I call the practice of forgiveness and reconciliation.

Simply think about anyone you have wronged--unintentionally or otherwise--and the people who have wronged you or upset you at some point in your life. Then, recite the following mantra:

"I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."

Or, do as the Japanese do and take a 15-minute walk in nature.

You don't need to make these practices complicated or difficult, just finding a few minutes of quiet time in your day to relax, engage with your surroundings, and realize that you, too, are a creature of the natural world, is perfect.

Create your own practice, or borrow from some of the beautiful rituals that civilizations have been using for centuries,

Either way, by being mindful this holiday season, you'll increase the quality of your thoughts and bring more joy into your family, community, and the world.

The Key to being A master mind.

to uncover your true potential you must first find your own limits -and then you have to have the courage to blow past them” (Picabo Street).

Our Body is an amazing and resilient system , and at the same time, fragile and easy to tip out of balance.
Whole health is a stack of balanced stones, the body is the stone on top.
if and when it gets off balance, most likely to tumble if one of the stone shifts. And as I learned on my own


As we navigate through the difficult time in our lives, we may find it useful to counter unhealthy thoughts with positive affirmations.
Our goal should be to change negative behavior with a positive experience. writing and expressing your thoughts can have a healing effect that release the powerful emotions that are attached to our important life events. This is also powerful tool to release painful experience from our past.

Believe:
Life is our teacher-You are not your past,
Think of your stressful event and identify your trauma and the heart-breaking point ?
what coping mechanism did you use?

The Key is to set a goal to deal with the event in a positive way,


Gratitude …….”I thank you for your part in my journey”
Write down the name of those people who helped you cope with the stressful event, try to specify how they were helpful .

write a thak you letter today
list your greatest strength that helped you to navigate through the adversity in your life

mindfulness live in the moment
Write what you are experiencing at the moment, not yesterday and not tomorrow ,just how you feeling now,
self-mastery
Control the situation by focusing on what is going well is another strategy of staying focus, determine and positive to overcome and recover your loss.

create a vision of your plan and goal
8-have faith and believe
Believing in something of a higher power beyond ourselves or the negative events in our life can empower us. Faith offers a defined set of values we have acquired that help us in our despair,it is difficult to bear great pain and hardship alone.
Describe your faith or spirituality ,and how it has or can help you to gain strength and move forward in your life.
mind-set --change your thoughts change your life
Identify habit or behavior that continue to lead you to the same result( negativity-anxiety -depression-isolation -weight-addiction etc)

postive thoughts for the future
Replace every negative thought with desirable one.

5 Ways to Maximize Your Longevity

If you want to beat the average and maximize your longevity, what should you do? Here's a list of things to consider:

Exercise regularly. Research indicates that moderate exercise, when practiced regularly, can actually roll back the clock on your DNA.

Fill up your plate with vegetables. While there are numerous debates about the best diet for an increased lifespan, nearly every diet agrees that eating more vegetables is the way to go.

Get enough sleep. Most people feel best when they get seven to nine hours of sleep a night.

Carefully manage your stress. Stress can have unhealthy effects on your body and can promote unhealthy behaviors, as well, such as overeating or smoking.

Cultivate personal relationships. Spending time with our loved ones actually does seem to improve longevity, maybe because it decreases stress or risky behaviors
